bee-ORGANIC

Bee-ORGANIC is a juice bar, vegetarian cafe, tea house and eco boutique. All our juices and meals are prepared fresh daily using organic ingredients. Our water is filtered by Reverse Osmosis. In season, we try to buy produce from local organic farms.

In addition to being an eating place, we are also a gathering place for healthy minded people. Every month we organize events featuring nutritionists, healers, raw and macrobiotic chefs, alternative medical practitioners and other speakers. The purpose of these lectures and special dinners is to educate our customers about the importance of maintaining an all around healthy lifestyle as well as to teach them that food is, indeed, medicine.

JUICE BAR

Freshly made organic juices, including wheat grass juice, as well as smoothies made with your choice of the following organic bases: plain yogurt, apple juice; soy, rice, coconut or almond milk. Water is always an option, of course.

CAFE

BREAKFAST, LUNCH and DINNER served daily. For details, please visit our MENU page. We also have specials (not listed here), which include hot entrees and various tapas. All our meals are made fresh in-house using all organic ingredients.

DINNERS TO GO

If you do not feel like cooking on any given night, all you have to do is call us (516-570-0915) before 12 o'clock the same day, and we will have your freshly made and healthy dinner ready for pickup.

SPECIAL EVENTS VENUE

In addition to our special events which are posted on the News and Updates page of this website, we invite you to use our space for your own special event : a birthday party, a lecture, a fundraiser for a worthy cause. You are welcome to bring your own food if you wish, or you can ask us to create a personalized vegan or vegetarian menu for you.
